Spring’s Surprise – Launch Week

dreamstimefree_12754Day One

I would say that Spring is my favorite time of the year, but I think I said the same thing about Christmas last December, haha. I think any time something exciting is going on, something to break up the monotony of our schedules, we must take the opportunity to smile, celebrate, and embrace life’s simple pleasures.

I hope you’re ready for a great week as Spring’s Surprise launches Wednesday, May 15th, exclusively on Amazon. I’ve been waiting three years to tell Sara’s story and the time has finally arrived.

AND if you didn’t get a chance to read last Saturday’s post, Winter’s Magic will be FREE this coming Saturday and Sunday. So you can read Beth and Nick’s story, too!  It just doesn’t get any better than this, right?

What is it you like most about Spring? I have a lot of Canadian friends and followers – is it finally warming up in the north?  Or maybe you have children’s in school and they’re almost out for the summer? Does anyone have a great vacation planned? Or maybe you love to plant flowers and you’re designing this year’s landscape addition.  Tell us all about it.  One lucky commenter will receive a $10 Amazon gift card.

Happy Spring!

  1. I enjoy spring for the newness of life, whether it’s plants or animals. I don’t have the springs, here in SW FL, like I used to in NJ. But I’m starting to get used to it and it was hard to adjust after living in NJ for over 40 years. Thank you for the giveaway!

  2. Hi Cynthia – So happy to see that you are coming out with another book. Since I’m a massage therapist you know I love how you always work a spa into the story. Just makes it so much more fun and relateable for me.

As for what I love best about Soring it has to be the renewal of color and life all around me. We have a pond by our front door, close to the porch, where we can sit and soak up the beauty of Spring happening all around us. From the yellow wild irises blooming there to the sounds of the frogs singing at night it is a place of beauty and serenity. Our goldfish in the pond all started out as rescues from the bait shop and generations later they have given us many babies to watch grow up and much joy. There is an iris garden with purple and white irises next to the pond that adds more color and the weeping birch there has become the bearer of many nests with the sounds of more nrw life each Spring. Yes, I love our home in Spring. It is a place of color, life and renewed beauty evety year.

  3. The best thing about spring is that the days are getting longer and it doesn’t get dark so early, which means summer and drier weather is coming.

  4. As a gardener, I love Spring! I’m watching the hatching and growth of three baby house finches right now! Miracles like that the tender green shoots coming from my flower beds are some of the reasons I love this time of year!
Congrats on Springs Surprise! Here’s to many sales! 🙂

  5. I get the most excited about spring because of the weather! I love finally being able to get outside and enjoy it with the kids or just on the porch with a book

  6. I lovr the warmer temps and being able to open all the doors and windows to let the wonderful Spring breeze through and sitting on the glider on the side deck with a large glass of lemonade and a great book. The youngest is graduating from high school in two weeks, so we are getting everything ready for his party. It should be fun, but I can’t wait till it’s over.
